M. Jill Whitley

Before moving to Colorado Springs in 1984, Jill Whitley was an associate professor at Southern Illinois University School of Law, teaching contract law.  Jill's current practice emphasizes probate, including guardianships and conservatorships, estate planning, and real estate.  Jill represents both residential and commercial real estate clients, closing transactions ranging from single family homes to forty million dollar commercial properties.  Jill is a past Chair of the Probate Section of the El Paso County Bar and current Board member of National Alliance on Mental Illness - Colorado Springs.

Jill has lived in Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, and Colorado.  She and her husband Leif Garrison have three children.
